Licensed Realtor, GRI ~ Assistant to Jean Andrews
Combined Settlements Total Nearly $300 Million
Pat Bass resided in Chattanooga, Tennessee for 18 years where she became a licensed Realtor in 1986.
Pat has been honored by both Coldwell Banker and Prudential with national awards, ranking her amongst their Top 1%. She attended real estate educational seminars at National Sales Conventions and Conferences in Boston, Washington D. C., San Francisco, New Orleans, San Diego, Orlando, Chattanooga, Atlanta, and Nashville (where she participated as a Top Producing Panelist at a Prudential Regional Sales Conference). She was also featured in a successful sales and marketing techniques cover story for Prudential's National Magazine Rock Talk.
Pat is a Life Member and Past President of the Premier Club of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors which is equivalent to the local Masters Club. She had also been active in the Women's Council of Realtors where she served as an officer for several years.
Pat returned to her native state of Maryland in 1998, bought a home in Historic Annapolis, and now resides in an Annapolis Waterfront home. Rather than start her real estate business over in a new area, she decided to use her education and experience to associate herself with and assist another top-producing agent. She found the perfect partnership with Champion Realty and Jean Andrews.
